We're a small kitchen in Hamden that cooks real dinners — a proper protein portion, a starch, vegetables, one sauce — seals them, labels them, and brings them to your door every Sunday and Monday. No box of ingredients. Nothing frozen. Nothing to figure out.
If you live in New Haven County, we deliver to you. We also cover all of Hartford County and most of Fairfield County.
How the week works
- Order any day. The menu is always open — nine entrées plus breakfast, sides, and Strong Sauce — and it changes every week.
- Wednesday at midnight is the line. Whatever's in your cart by then is on that weekend's delivery.
- Sunday or Monday, it's at your door. You pick the day; your town sets the window — morning (8 am–1 pm) or afternoon (1–6 pm), listed below. Or pick up at our kitchen in Hamden.
- Heat and eat. Every meal is fully cooked and labeled. Two to three minutes and dinner's on the table.

Home. We cook at 109 Sanford St, Building 2 — so if you're in Hamden, your food travels about as far as it does from your oven to your table. Pickup available at the kitchen. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
New Haven
Downtown, East Rock, Westville, Fair Haven, the Hill, Wooster Square — all of it, about 4 miles from the kitchen. Our biggest neighborhood by far. If you work hospital or university hours and never want to think about dinner again, this is for you. Sunday or Monday, afternoon (1–6 pm).
North Haven
Five miles up the road. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Wallingford
Ten miles north on Route 5. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Meriden
About 14 miles. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Cheshire
About 10 miles northwest. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
