We're a small kitchen in Hamden that cooks real dinners — a proper protein portion, a starch, vegetables, one sauce — seals them, labels them, and brings them to your door every Sunday and Monday. No box of ingredients. Nothing frozen. Nothing to figure out.
We deliver to most of Fairfield County — Bridgeport, Stratford, Fairfield, Westport, Trumbull, Shelton, Monroe, Newtown, Easton, and Stamford — plus all of New Haven County and Hartford County. The towns we don't reach yet are listed plainly below.
How the week works
- Order any day. The menu is always open — nine entrées plus breakfast, sides, and Strong Sauce — and it changes every week.
- Wednesday at midnight is the line. Whatever's in your cart by then is on that weekend's delivery.
- Sunday or Monday, it's at your door. You pick the day. Fairfield County deliveries arrive in the morning window (8 am–1 pm); Stamford is Monday morning.
- Heat and eat. Every meal is fully cooked and labeled. Two to three minutes and dinner's on the table.

Shelton
About 15 miles down Route 8 — the closest part of the county to us. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Stratford
About 18 miles down I-95. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Bridgeport
About 20 miles — Black Rock, the North End, the East Side, downtown, all of it. If you work hospital hours or commute and never want to think about dinner again, this is for you. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Trumbull
About 20 miles. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Monroe · Stevenson
About 22–25 miles up Route 25. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Easton
About 25 miles. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Fairfield · Southport
About 25 miles down I-95 — Fairfield Center, Southport, the beaches, the university side. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Westport
About 30 miles. Sunday or Monday, morning (8 am–1 pm).
Newtown
About 30 miles, up Route 25 and I-84. Sunday afternoon (1–6 pm) or Monday morning (8 am–1 pm).
Stamford
About 45 miles — the far end of our route. Monday morning (8 am–1 pm).

Do I have to subscribe?
No — you can order à la carte any week. Most regulars go with a flexible membership because it's the easiest way to keep the week handled; it starts with a free trial and is easy to pause or cancel.
When do I have to order by?
Wednesday at midnight for delivery that Sunday or Monday.
Do you deliver on a specific day to my town?
You choose Sunday or Monday at checkout (Stamford: Monday). Each town has a set window — listed above — so you know when to expect us.
Is it really fresh by the time it gets to Fairfield County?
Yes. It's cooked in Hamden the same week, sealed cold, and driven down in refrigerated bags — under an hour on the road for most of the county, not three states in a truck. Every label has the date.
Is this healthy?
Every meal is built around a real protein portion with balanced sides, and every label shows the nutrition. But honestly, most people order because it tastes good and it's handled — not because of the numbers.
