Yale staff are some of our biggest supporters, and we cook for their football team. East Rock has been ordering since the early days. The meals come fully cooked from our kitchen one town over, ready to heat.
New Haven gets delivery Sunday and Monday in the afternoon window, 1 to 6 PM. Whatever you order by Wednesday at midnight rides that weekend. No contracts. Order à la carte — nothing to commit to.
What’s in the box
Nine entrées rotate in every week alongside the standbys: breakfast burritos, protein oatmeals, protein bites, breakfast cookies, and Strong Sauce. Cooked from scratch, portioned properly. The full menu & nutrition page lists calories and macros for all of it.
