Meal Prep Delivery in Hamden
Cooked in Hamden. At your door Sunday or Monday morning — or pick up at the kitchen.
Hamden is our home base! Our kitchen sits at 109 Sanford Street, Building 2, and we cook real dinners: a proper protein portion, a starch, vegetables, one sauce. We seal them, label them, and bring them to your door every Sunday and Monday, fully cooked and never frozen.
If you live in Hamden, we're already neighbors. Your food travels just a few minutes when we deliver or you can easily stop in for a pick up order.
Delivery in Hamden runs Sunday and Monday in the morning window, 8 AM to 1 PM. Order anything by Wednesday at midnight and it’s on that weekend’s run. No contracts, order à la carte. Most entrées run $15–18.
How the week works
Order any day. The menu is always open, nine entrées plus breakfast, sides and Strong Sauce (sauce we make and bottle), and it changes every week.
Wednesday at midnight is the deadline. Whatever’s in your cart by then is on that weekend’s delivery.
Sunday or Monday, it’s at your door. Hamden runs the morning window, 8 AM to 1 PM. You pick the day.
Heat and eat. Every meal arrives fully cooked and labeled. Two to three minutes and dinner’s on the table.
Cooking in the town we deliver to
Most meal delivery arrives from a warehouse in another state. No thanks. Ours is made and delivered locally.
That distance matters more than it sounds. Nothing sits in a freezer waiting for a shipping window. If something goes wrong with an order, you email us and you'll get a real person responding in a timely manner.
The building at 109 Sanford Street is a newly-built production kitchen turning out thousands of meals a week for people across Connecticut, and a pickup counter for the ones who live closest. In fact, in 2026 we outgrew our last location and had to move here!
Why Hamden households use us instead of the national boxes
A national box gives you a bag of raw ingredients you still have to cook, or a frozen tray that shipped three states to reach you. Ours is dinner, made from scratch with attention and care.
The people who order from us are working the kind of weeks where cooking always falls off. Nurses finishing shifts at Yale New Haven, ten minutes down Whitney. Parents driving between practices. Plenty of people who just don’t want to think about Tuesday dinner or simply hate cooking. There's no shame in that because cooking is a timely and skill-based job.
College programs order from us as well. Quinnipiac basketball has fed its athletes out of this kitchen, a mile and a half up the road from their campus, and so have Yale football and basketball, up to 700 meals a week! Feeding a roster through a season means real protein portions on a schedule, every week, without anyone’s parent cooking for twenty. We provide Protein Plus meals to these athletes and this sort of portioning is exactly what many parents struggle with.
It's not just about one less thing to do, it's about meals that help you achieve better health, served fresh locally, where being delicious is a top priority.

Or pick it up at the kitchen
Pickup is at 109 Sanford Street, Building 2, and it’s free.
Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll have your bags labeled and ready. People working near the north end of town tend to prefer it, and your food spends no time in a vehicle at all. If you have a hard time picking up on Monday, our neighbors next door at Marko Lujic MD have a fridge you can select at checkout and pick up M-F from 9am to 3pm.
What’s on the menu
Nine entrées every week, and we rotate through nine unique menus. Alongside them: breakfast burritos, protein oatmeal, protein bites, breakfast cookies, individual sides and Strong Sauce. Everything is cooked from scratch and portioned like a real dinner.
Every meal comes in three portion sizes, so the same dish works whether you’re cutting, maintaining or eating for training. Calories and macros for each are on the full menu and nutrition page.
Beyond Hamden
We deliver across all of New Haven County, all of Hartford County, most of Fairfield County and a good part of Middlesex. Somewhere else in Connecticut? Enter your zip at checkout, and if we don’t reach you yet, sign up for the weekly menu email at the bottom of the page.
Common questions
What if nobody’s home?
Leave a cooler outside and we’ll pack your meals into it. You can buy one from us, or join a membership and get one free with your first order. Either way you’ll get a text when your order is on its way, and another once it’s been delivered.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. There are no contracts and no subscription, so you order the weeks you want and skip the ones you don’t. Nothing to pause, nothing to cancel.
How long do the meals keep?
Seven days in the refrigerator. A Sunday delivery covers you through the following weekend.
Is there a minimum order?
Delivery has a $50 minimum plus a $10 delivery fee. Pickup at the kitchen has no minimum at all.
