This isn't a diet, and it isn't all or nothing. It's a routine, and routines are what hold when the week gets busy. Think of it as an investment in your health. The hours you don't spend planning, shopping and cooking go back to you: your training, your family, your sleep. The money goes further too, with 5% off every order and no wasted groceries. Save the time, save the money, and put both back into yourself.
Membership renews at $10/mo after the free eight weeks. Delivery $10, $50 minimum. Pickup in Hamden is always free. Offer for invited customers only.
